If you already have a therapist you trust and like their method, then there’s good news.
We teach therapists and relationship coaches how to use our method. Your own therapist can be trained by us quickly. Our method, ‘Together Through Despair’, works well when followed with your own helper. With this program, your helper guides you through the tough spots. I believe that help over the internet and in person can work very well together.
Over 50 therapists in the Netherlands already use our method in their work. If your therapist is interested, they can email us. We’re happy to teach more therapists and relationship coaches about our method.
